Hair Color on Cape Cod

Color is what we do best at New Image — more than half of everything that happens in our chairs. From natural gray coverage to rich, dimensional color, our Goldwell-trained master colorists build a shade that looks like you on your best day.

Color, Done Right

What Is Dimensional Hair Color?

The look clients notice most — and the reason so many drive to Route 6A for their color.
Clients drive from across Cape Cod to our spot on Historic Route 6A in Dennis for one reason: color that turns out right the first time. Whether you’re covering the first grays, going a few shades brighter for summer, or finally fixing color that didn’t go to plan, every appointment starts with an honest conversation about your hair, your skin tone, and how much upkeep you actually want. No guesswork, no one-size-fits-all box color — just dimensional color that grows out beautifully and is easy to keep looking fresh between visits.
Dimensional hair color uses two or more shades — lighter and darker tones woven through the hair — to create depth, movement, and a natural, sun-touched finish. Instead of one flat color, dimension mimics how hair naturally lightens, so it looks richer, lasts longer between visits, and softens any obvious regrowth line.
That’s the difference clients notice most when they switch to New Image: color with depth reads as expensive and effortless, and it’s far more forgiving as it grows out than a single flat shade. During your consultation we’ll show you exactly how much dimension suits your hair and your routine.

Why New Image

Cape Cod Trusts Us With Their Color

Color is a craft, and it’s the heart of what we do. Our five stylists are Goldwell-trained master colorists who’ve spent years perfecting formulas for every kind of hair that walks through the door — from first-time gray blending to full corrective work. Because we’re a color-focused salon, you get colorists who do this all day, every day, not a cut shop that also dabbles in color. That experience is why so much of Cape Cod keeps coming back to Route 6A.
